Join the UAB Libraries on September 13, 2022 at 1 p.m. for an introductory webinar covering the basics of alternative metrics (altmetrics) and the tools and data that Altmetric Explorer offers. Altmetric Explorer tracks thousands of online sources for mentions of articles, books, and chapters, recording each mention in real time. Citation data from Altmetric is also integrated into faculty profiles within the UAB Scholars and UAB Profiles systems.
