Blazers can follow clues through Sterne Library to discover resources and offerings from UAB Libraries in this new virtual reality scavenger hunt created by Khushi Karra, applications developer for Library IT Services.
Participants are prompted to search for pumpkin icons to answer questions about UAB Libraries to proceed through the hunt, which takes place on a winding path through Sterne Library’s first floor. The game can be played both on desktop or mobile devices.
After completing the scavenger hunt, participants can enter their email for a chance to be win UAB Libraries swag, including a 3D-printed object made in the LibLab @ Sterne; three winners will be selected randomly after the scavenger hunt closes Dec. 12, and winners will be notified via email. Only participants with a current BlazerID are eligible to win.
