Jeff Graveline is a Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Scholarly Communication in the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Libraries. He also serves as Director of the UAB Libraries' Office of Scholarly Communication. Jeff is involved nationally with the American Library Association (ALA) and the Association of College & Research Libraries (ACRL) and recently ended his term as President of the Alabama Library Association. Jeff’s research interests focus on scholarly communication, specifically the intersection between copyright and higher education. He holds a JD and an MLIS from the University of Alabama and a BA from Virginia Tech.
