Peggy Kain is an Associate Professor and Licensing & Scholarly Communication Librarian in the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Libraries. Peggy works with library resource vendors and negotiates the license agreements for resources including all Read and Publish (Transformative) Agreements for UAB Libraries.
